Samantha is a life long resident of the Tampa Bay community.  She attended the University of South Florida where she earned her Bachelors degree as well as her MBA.  She has worked in the "corporate world" for the past 14 years.  While doing so, she has maintained membership in an international non-profit organization serving in various leadership roles including President for two years.  During her membership, she's had the opportunity to plan countless events including large scale volunteer projects, fundraisers, and membership banquets.  Over the years, she's also assisted family and friends with planning weddings, engagement, anniversary and birthday parties, and showers.  Throughout all of her personal planning experiences, she recognized her passion for event planning and her desire to be a business owner.  She knew that one day she would realize her dream. That dream became Signature Events By Design. 

As a Distinguished Graduate of the Professional Development Program, Samantha also holds the designation of Professional Bridal Consultant with the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC).  She is also a member of NACE (National Association of Catering Executives).  In order to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and build strong vendor relationships, she continues her training through industry related seminars and networking events.
